Shipping
We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post from our warehouse in Adelaide.
- Fast dispatch: orders placed before our daily cut-off go out the same business day. Weekend and public holiday orders are sent the next business day.
- Delivery: 2–3 business days to most metro areas. Regional and remote areas may take a little longer.
- Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Tracking: you'll get an email with your Australia Post tracking number once your kit is on its way. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
We currently ship within Australia only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery with your order number and photos (if damaged), and we'll sort it out.
Returns
If your kit arrives faulty, damaged or doesn't work properly under normal use, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the problem
- Clear photos or a video showing the issue
We'll review it and get back to you with next steps as quickly as possible.
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on personal grooming tools.
1-year warranty
Every MyBarberKit comes with a 1-year replacement warranty from the date of purchase. It covers manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship under normal use, and we'll send a replacement item at no extra cost.
The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, improper handling or lack of maintenance, or unauthorised modifications or repairs.
Your rights under Australian law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Our warranty is in addition to these rights.
